How do I cancel a new order?

To cancel a recent order, you must email us at support@nuvothera.com or call us at 1-833-776-7483. You must contact us within the first 12 hours after receiving the order notification to ensure the order is cancelled before the product is shipped to receive a refund. If the product has already shipped, returns will be accepted if the product has not been opened. Under these conditions, we will refund the credit card charge minus a $5.00 handling fee. Return shipping cost to Nuvothera are not included. All returns must be shipped to: Nuvothera Returns, 5105 San Gabriel Ave, Colleyville, TX 76034.
