The suggested use of Nuvothera™ Super-Micronized™ Turmeric Curcumin is to take one capsule twice daily, preferably with a small meal. Because our formula is potent and absorbable, you don’t have to take a large number of capsules per dose to be effective. However, some people may benefit by taking 3-4 capsules each day during periods of greater need. For chronic use, we recommend using the lowest effective dose. Because each individual is different, we recommend consulting with your doctor or health care provider when taking any new supplement.
