Use it for the first two weeks at night together with the Prosoria 3-Step Daily Psoriasis Treatment System. It is also great to use on tough to treat areas such as the knees and elbows.

Should I stop using my prescription treatment if I start using the Prosoria™ Daily Psoriasis Treatment System?

You do not need to stop using your prescription drug treatment to start using the Prosoria™ Daily Psoriasis Treatment System. However, you may want to first consult your physician when adding any other products to your prescription drug regimen.

How long do I wait between applying each of the three steps?

Apply all three products in the Prosoria™ Daily Psoriasis Treatment System as directed in an easy, quick, 1-2-3 order. There is no need to wait for drying time between application of each product.

Do I need to use all the steps with each use to get the best overall results?

For optimal results, we advise using the daily 3-step system as directed. Each step of the Prosoria™ Daily Psoriasis Treatment System works to prepare your skin for each step that follows. The Prosoria™ Nighttime Rapid Repair Skin Exfoliating Ointment may be used nightly for the first two weeks. Afterwards, you may use the ointment as needed. You can use other skincare products with the Prosoria™ Daily Psoriasis Treatment System. As the Prosoria™ Daily Psoriasis Treatment system contains salicylic acid you may want to use caution when using other skincare products that contain salicylic acid or alpha hydroxy acids to reduce the potential of skin irritation.

When will I see results with the Prosoria™ Daily Psoriasis Treatment System?

You may begin to see results in as early as a few days. Please allow 12 weeks of daily application before evaluating your own results. Daily application can also help prevent recurrence of psoriasis symptoms. Everyone is different, so each individual's response may vary. You must contact us within the first 12 hours after receiving the order notification to ensure the order is cancelled before the product is shipped to receive a refund. If the product has already shipped, full refunds are not available.

How do I adjust my subscription and future shipments?

Our Prosoria™ subscription program is flexible and adjustable. You can pause your orders, change the shipping date, or adjust the frequency of your auto-shipments to match your own usage so you get only the amount you need. How do I return my product?

For product returns, first contact us at support@prosoria.com or call us at 1-833-776-7483. Once we’ve been notified, then place the merchandise in a box with your original invoice and return it to us.  A copy of the original receipt must be included with your returned product in order to receive reimbursement. Product returned without a receipt will not be accepted for refund. Returns are subject to a restocking fee. Full refunds are only offered during the first 30 days after your initial order. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles from the day you return your product for your account to be credited.
