By cancelling your subscription, you will no longer receive additional shipments and you will no longer be charged for additional shipments on your credit card. However you will be responsible for any final payments due on the shipments you received before cancelling your subscription. If you would like to pause your shipments, change the shipping date, or adjust the frequency of your auto-shipments, you can email us at support@prosoria.com or call us at 1-833-776-7483.
