For product returns, first contact us at email@example.com or call us at 1-833-776-7483. Once we’ve been notified, then place the merchandise in a box with your original invoice and return it to us. A copy of the original receipt must be included with your returned product in order to receive reimbursement. Product returned without a receipt will not be accepted for refund. Refunds are subject to a $5.00 restocking fee. Full refunds are offered during the first 30 days after your initial order. Important: Do not return product to Amazon as they do not track shipments. And as a result, we cannot offer any refunds as we cannot identify customers who return our product to Amazon.
Order Cancellations :If you are cancelling an order you must contact us within the first 12 hours after receiving the order notification to ensure the order is cancelled before the product is shipped to receive a refund. If the product has already shipped, returns will be accepted if the box has not been opened. Under these conditions, we will refund the credit card charge minus a $5.00 handling fee.
